The apostle Peter tells Christians in 1 Peter 3:15 to "always be prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you," and I love the next part, "yet do it with gentleness and respect." 

Basically, apologetics is giving reasons why Christianity is true - showing that faith in Jesus is reasonable. Thank you for your interest in helping me use my training in theology and apologetics for God's glory - in striving to strengthen the faith of Christians who have doubts or questions, and in bringing the truth & beauty of the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who don't yet know Him. I think everyone has deep and genuine life questions, fair objections, and painful experiences, all which need biblical answers. The answer of Christ and His love speaks to all of these and provides profound truths and encouragement we ALL need in this 21st century.
